daddy’s day

Since Jake & I are going on a little road trip this weekend, we celebrated Father’s Day early.

Adam’s first one.

He so deserves it 🙂

The first thought that went through my mind when we found out we were having a boy was ‘oh my Lord, a mini Adam.  We’re going to have a mini Adam.’  I couldn’t have loved that thought more.  My husband is one of the most caring, selfless people you will ever meet.  And he’s cute as hell.  A mini version of him running around my house?  I was definitely on board.

It only seemed fitting that his Father’s Day gift was comprised of three little boxes.  One holding a brand new Virginia hat for him. And the other a mini version for Jake.

The third box held donuts of course.  What Sunday celebration is complete without them?
